Sp. Asdvadzadzin of Moks - The Armenian church of Sp. Asdvadzadzin is east if the town center of Moks [Bahçesaray]. The church was also known as Anchghonts or Anchoghats vank. Photographs from 1972 indicate that the church has gone through substantial destruction over the past 40 years, so much so that at first I did not think it the same structure. The church was likely constructed in the 13th century with a 17th century restoration. In 1805, there was a fire that ravaged the church. The photographs are from May 2014.
